birmingham Man charged with house fire murder

a 56 yrs man, of Tyseley, appeared before Birmingham magistrates charged with one count of murder and four counts of attempted murder.
Three other women and a man were also injured in the blaze at the house in Cateswell Road in Tyseley, Birmingham, on 17 April.
He was remanded into the mental health unit where he had earlier been charged.
The 52-year-old woman died as a result of the effects of breathing in smoke.
Her 16-year-old daughter remains critically ill in hospital having suffered severe burns, a police spokesman added.
Det Ch Insp Sarjbjit Johal said: "Our investigation continues and we are still urging anyone with information to speak to us.
"If you were in the area of Cateswell Road at around 5am on Wednesday 17 April please get in touch as you may have vital information."
