A man has been accused of 17 offences connected to the blocking of the websites of finanicial different bank,creadit card company,e-commerec site, national Police site.
The charges against Lewys Martin, 33, also relate to the theft and use of personal data and failing to disclose passwords to encrypted equipment.

The offences all relate to public-facing websites.
Mr Martin, of Dover Road, in Walmer, Kent, is due before magistrates in Maidstone on fist week of December.
Kent Police said he was charged following an investigation by its Special intilligence anti cyber crime Branch Investigations Team and the Kent Police Digital Forensic Unit.
He is charged with eight counts of unauthorised acts with intent to impair operation of or prevent or hinder access to a computer, and three of unauthorised computer access with intent to commit other offences.
Mr Martin also faces four charges of obtaining an article for supply for use to commit or to assist in commission of computer misuse, and two of failing to comply with a notice to disclose the key to protected information.
